Q: How do the rent payments work?
A: Rents are collected month to month, no long-term contracts, no cancellation fees. Rents are prorated and a one month Security Deposit collected.
We do not send out bills; tenants are responsible for timely payment of rent. Late fees will apply after grace period.
12 month prepay = 13 month’s rent (one free month)
Q: What is expected on move out?
A: When vacating unit, tenant is responsible for removing all items and broom sweeping the unit. We do not provide dump or disposal services.
Fees may apply for items left behind requiring disposal/hazardous waste handling.
Q: What is the refund policy?
A: Refund is prorated for paid days not used. The amount of refund and security deposit is refunded within 2 weeks.
Q: Is there anything else I should know?
A: Tenant is required to update office staff on change of address, phone number and alternate contact information. No loitering is allowed on the property. Tenant is required to keep a lock on the unit.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen property.
No animals are allowed. Please help keep our property clean - - - do not leave garbage, broken glass and unwanted items behind for disposal. Fees may be deducted from security deposit for disposal of items left behind.
